A draft of an announcement typed by J. N. Crooms on official Florida Teacher's Association stationary, the letterhead of which lists Crooms and the various other officers of the association as well as the next session. In the announcement, Crooms certifies that M. C. Mosely "affirms that by mistake the name of Sidney Scott was dropped when the name of John Lloyd should have been dropped instead."
