A letter from S. Meredith Mosely, from the Florida Commission on Secondary Schools of The Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools For Negroes, to J. N. Crooms. In it, Mosely wishes to meet with Crooms to discuss increasing contributions for the war effort (as the letter is undated, it is likely, but unconfirmed, that this is in regards to WWII).
